What I Love About Charbonneau

There's a real renaissance going on in the Charbonneau Country Club. The renovations of the Village Center, Activity Center, Pro Shop, and Pavilion. The addition of Pickleball Courts. The marina has been updated. All enhance the value and livability of the Country Club. Lux Sucre Bakery + Cafe is a wonderful addition to the community.

But what I love most about Charbonneau is the rare combination of true resort living and ready access to the very best of Oregon. You’re tucked into a beautifully maintained golf community along the Willamette River, yet you’re only about 25 minutes from downtown Portland. That means you can enjoy a round of golf in the morning, a tootle up the Willamette river in the afternoon, and then an evening at the Schnitz, enjoying the Oregon Symphony. At the same time, the Oregon Coast is just a short drive, Mount Hood’s trails and ski areas are about 90 minutes east, and Bend’s high-desert adventures, just a few hours.
